Service was great but the product was not terrible. I paid extra for the "premium" bouquet which is defined as a larger, better arrangement. This was more brown tipped (old) roses in a tiny little vase. I have pictures I am happy to submit to show the poor quality of this arrangement. I don't mind paying extra for a better arrangement but this was certainly not the case at this florist. Very disappointed.
